Sir,
We fully agree with the exhaustive list of differentials presented by the authors which we have skipped in our list. In fact, if we still dig deeper, postradiation syndromes, metastases, and extrapyramidal and several autoimmune and paraneoplastic syndromes can all mimic anterior horn cell disease. However, constraints of space made us omit a number of these subsections, and we dealt with the more commonly encountered scenarios, with a sprinkling of few rarer differentials. However, we plan to follow up the paper with a more exhaustive review of the rarer presentations in the near future. We thank you for your valuable inputs.
